I have worked with all age groups in the areas of anxiety, depression, codependency, addiction, self-harming, chronic pain, relationship issues, anger management, and life transitions. These modalities include Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Positive Psychology, and Solution Focused Brief (SFBT).
