We all need someone to attend to us, genuinely listen to our stories and give us space to better understand ourselves and our relationships. I give clients that attention and space. People suffering with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, social media addiction or dependence, insecurity, intergenerational trauma, post traumatic stress disorder and other difficulties are all encouraged to seek my support. I enjoy working with clients to create short and long term goals that fit their needs after a full understanding of one's story.
I work with clients to identify stuck points in personal, relational and career growth. I utilize techniques from various theoretical models such as cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, solution focused, narrative and strengths based therapy. I pay special attention to client's specific learning needs to enhance our time together.
I care deeply about getting to know each client by doing a scan of their life. I invite clients to open up about their past, present and future plans. I want to provide space for free speech because this is what we each have to fight pain, ask for help and learn more about ourselves. I hope to talk soon and discover if we can form a good partnership.
