Children, teens and young adults that have experienced trauma, anxiety and depression often have difficulty coping with everyday stressors. School, work and everyday life can be overwhelming whether you are in kindergarten, high school or beyond. By developing healthy interpersonal boundaries, self-esteem and appropriate coping skills they can experience the world around them with confidence and resilience. I will create a genuine therapeutic relationship that will allow me to meet them where they are and provide the additional support, they need to lead successful lives.
I am a Registered Play Therapist and utilize this modality to enhance the therapy experience for children and teens. I have received advanced training in Psychoanalytic psychoanalysis, am EMDR trained and focus on the neuroscience of attachment and play. I have experience working with high conflict divorce cases, foster care and the family court system.
