I'm so glad you're here! I know finding a therapist can be overwhelming. My goal is to create a safe compassionate therapeutic space where I can help empower clients. I view therapy as a collaboration between therapist and client and want to create a space where we can work together to focus on your goals, helping you see your strengths and resilience. It's my goal to make sure you feel supported, safe, and understood while working through any of life’s struggles. I have a strong passion for working with the LGBTQIA + community and welcome those of all cultural and racial backgrounds. I offer support in both Spanish and English.
I also work with individuals struggling with processing trauma and grief, attachment and relationship concerns, stress, self-esteem, gender or sexuality identity, and life transitions, as well as those struggling with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and OCD. I also have a strong passion for working with those with Autism Spectrum Disorder and ADHD.
I utilize various interventions including, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), (DBT), Strengths Based Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness approaches.
