Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and PhD Candidate in Illinois and Montana, and specialize in attachment & relational trauma, eating disorders and anxiety. I am currently a PhD Candidate at the Institute for Clinical Social Work with my dissertation research and study focusing on attachment trauma and eating disorders. For individuals working on improving their relationship with food and body image, I practice solely through a Health At Every Size (HAES) approach.
My personal and professional journeys allow me to work alongside patients to build a trusting and authentic partnership in the therapeutic space. I currently work with adults, working to build a secure therapeutic relationship with my patients, with whom traditional behavioral therapies have not been successful.
Therapy is an enriching and rewarding process. I create individualized treatment for all patients I work with and invite you to reach out when you are ready. I practice through a relational psychodynamic lens and hope to build a healing therapeutic relationship to assist you on your journey to self exploration.
