I am a white, heterosexual, male, in my late 40s, a newer husband, & father of two young children. Therapy has helped heal & shape my own life. It has also put me on a path to help others Build, Strengthen, & Heal all important life relationships.
I view all people, families, communities, as being connected through relationships. The struggles we experience in our daily lives are symptoms of relationship issues that require healing. A Family Therapy Approach results in the strengthening & healing of relationships, Decreasing Anxiety, Learning how to put Self First, & Increasing Self-esteem.
