If you’ve ever felt numb, disconnected, or so overwhelmed by emotion that you act out impulsively, you are not alone. You might feel like you don’t know yourself anymore, or like you never knew yourself. You might feel like you’re losing control or feel hopeless about finding happiness, contentment, or safety. Trauma or other intense life stressors can cause problems for mental well-being in all parts of life. I completed my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at UNT Dallas and have completed EMDR training. I have experience and training with trauma, abuse, addiction, dissociation, ADHD, and related issues.
We will work together to identify your specific concerns and create a plan for healing and growth. It is possible to create a life with more connection, hope, confidence, safety, and contentment. I will help you identify your strengths and use them in our work. I use integrated treatment approaches based on your needs and comfort.
