Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or are just feeling stuck, I would love to help. I strive to create a space where you feel at ease, where you can be open and honest, and where you can safely be yourself without any fear of judgment.
My approach is a blend of methods. I utilize techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Client Centered Therapy, Strengths Based Therapy and Trauma-Informed Therapy. Also, I am EMDR trained and rely on the framework for increased insight and self-awareness. I take an interactive approach with my clients while being mindful and respective of pacing.
