Sometimes we experience life events that affect us in such a way that we lose our voice, compassion for ourselves and may feel lost. In turn, how we function is deeply affected. I welcome the opportunity to assist you with discovering (or rediscovering) the best and strongest version of yourself in order to move through those difficult times in your life. I offer professional and engaging mental health services for individuals, teens and families, ages 13 and up.
I use a collaborative, holistic and strengths-based approach. I'm passionate about working with adolescents and all the challenges they face. Additionally, I work with victims of domestic abuse, individuals and families struggling with life transitions, trauma, grief, self-harm, and a variety of challenges that impact daily functioning.
I believe that we inherently have all the tools needed to embrace change, face fears, and manage emotions that come with difficult circumstances in life. I will partner with you to help you discover your strengths and provide you with the skills necessary to be successful. I’ll meet you where you’re at and journey with you.
