I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, working with clients of all ages. I have 15 years experience with children, adults, and families in multiple settings, including a residential treatment center, outpatient agency, group home setting, and drop-in care center with adults diagnosed with severe mental illness. My training and work experience has been in multiple states, including Illinois, Missouri, New York, and Arizona. My post-Masters training includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Living Therapy, Love and Logic parenting, and Solution-Focused Therapy.

I have over 40 years experience working with clients in Tucson, providing caring, compassionate, confidential therapy with a wide variety of folks. My work has often focused on trauma resolution with victims of domestic violence, sexual abuse, or recent trauma. As a Marriage & Family Therapist, I work with individuals, couples, families & children affected by a wide variety of concerns. These include depression, anxiety, chronic stress, relationship issues, communication struggles, grief/loss, & trauma. Additional areas of need specific to children include: Parent-child relationship/attachment concerns, behavioral issues, developmental delays & adjustment to life changes (e.g. divorce, relocation).
