As a counselor, my mission is to promote growth and development for my clients. It is important that my clients understand the true meaning of resiliency and believe in their abilities. I currently work with children, adolescents and adults who are struggling to manage difficult emotions due to anxiety, depression and life stressors/transitions.
I have been in the mental health field for over 14 years and have a passion for helping my clients reach their full potential by teaching them skills and helping them learn how to use them in everyday situations.
I think it is important for us as humans to understand our strengths and learn how to build off of them. I recognize how difficult it can be for us to be vulnerable to a stranger and I know the benefits.
