I work with a variety of individuals with issues ranging from depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, substance dependence, family conflict, marital issues, peer relational issues, oppression, racism, trauma and PTSD. Grounded in evidence-based practices, I utilize an integrative approach to therapy including CBT, ACT, DBT, a variety of mindfulness techniques.
