Deciding to come to counseling is a first step toward improving lives. I can help with anxiety, depression, coping skills, communication, and transitions. My back ground is varied. I have worked as a nurse in Pediatrics and Family Medicine. My experience with all age groups and issues has helped me to develop an understanding of many stages of life and development. I have worked with children and teens in schools, with individuals and couples, and those who need more skills and tools for living.
I have a passion for children, teens, and all of those in life transitions. I enjoy helping people find their potential and set goals. I believe that counseling is a relationship to help others develop insight and provide a mirror to their lives. I believe we all have the ability within us to solve problems and develop skills and coping for life.
