I specialize in treating adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress/burnout, and chronic illness. Many present as independent, resilient, and appear “put together” to others. Internally, they feel unfulfilled, overwhelmed, and struggle to manage their emotional well-being. These individuals recognize that their usual way of “pushing through” isn’t enough and are ready to explore healthier, more sustainable ways of moving forward.
I am a psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral oriented therapist who incorporates mindfulness, strength based, and person-centered approaches. My goal is to create a warm, collaborative, and trusting environment where you feel supported to explore difficult feelings and experiences without judgment.
