Hello! My name is Brittany Matthews, and I look forward to assisting you in your wellness journey! I became a mental health professional because I enjoy helping people manage their problems, amplify their strengths, and expand their minds. My main objectives are to aid the health of others, encourage positive life changes, and promote psychological growth.
