I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional: Complex Trauma. Traditional talk therapy is often not enough. I am a licensed mental health counselor and a Board Certified Psychosynthesis-trained Life Coach. I specialize in helping individuals with grief, intergenerational trauma, those dealing with end-of-life issues, and folks with post-concussion related depression/confusion. I am an IFS trained therapist ("parts work"). IFS can offer personal transformation.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, playful, and always respectful of you as a unique individual.
