Therapy is not a one-dimensional place where you go to only talk about your feelings, but a place where you can holistically work on yourself. Therapy should be a safe place for people to understand themselves, unburden, heal, and morph themselves- all on their own terms. I am passionate about helping those with some of the most difficult diagnoses. So if you are struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, or dissociative identity disorder, please consider me as your therapist.
