How often do you feel disconnected from yourself: from your body, your wisdom, your light? We are quick to disconnect when we feel overwhelmed, when we've lost our sense of safety, and when we aren't listening to or honoring our needs. When we're disconnected, we're not fully present and it can feel like life is passing us by. I utilize a holistic approach that is rooted in body liberation, body acceptance, gentle nutrition, narrative and somatic psychotherapy. Together you will learn tangible skills to establish safety/relax into your body, find nourishment, reject toxic diet culture, reignite your voice, and build a more loving relationship with yourself.
