I utilize evidenced-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to assist clients with cognitive restructuring and focus on resolving emotional and behavioral problems which enables individuals to lead happier and more fulfilling lives.
I specialize in working with preteen and teenage clients to help them maneuver through, what can be, difficult years and key stages of development. I also am trained in EMDR and utilize it to help individuals working through a variety of trauma they have experienced in their past that may be preventing them from enjoying their present.
