In therapy we will address the issue that you see as obstacles from achieving your goals and having a better understanding of yourself.
I view therapy as a space where you are the focus, so that we will be able to address your concerns in the way that is the most beneficial to you and works with your lifestyle. I will work with you to create and accomplish goals, and make changes. As a black therapist it is important for me for you to feel that you can like your authentic self in sessions.
