I approach therapy with a trauma-informed lens grounded in multicultural feminism that positions you as the expert of your experience.
To work through these concerns, I integrate interpersonal, relational, and multicultural therapy with evidence-based approaches (e.g., ACT, CBT). I believe in collaborative partnerships in therapy and co-create an environment that fosters safety and non-judgment for you to explore and develop your own definitions of wellbeing, health, and a meaningful life.
