I have a waitlist for new clients. I offer a warm, safe, and affirming space in which you will feel seen and heard. I help my clients gain insight into their feelings and behaviors, make meaning of their past experiences, and build confidence to cope with life’s stressors. I specialize in supporting the family-building and parenthood experience (including infertility, pregnancy loss, perinatal anxiety, postpartum mood and anxiety disorders), but also love to work with women and queer people navigating life transitions. I have special skills and experience working with anxiety, OCD, grief, depression, and relationship challenges.
I use parts work and the concepts of attachment, neurobiology, and somatics to support you in your healing and meaning-making journey. I have experience working with survivors of trauma and use a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive lens. I love every opportunity to intentionally incorporate your culture and belief systems into our work together.
