I was born in NY City and grew up in Santa Fe, NM. My mother was a family therapist for 30 years for the state of New Mexico and I decided to follow in her footsteps. My first job as a mental health counselor was at the Denver Children's Home where I learned how to set consistent limits and boundaries, as well as offer empathy and structure to children struggling with depression, anxiety, and ADD. I earned my MSW at DU in 1999 and worked at the Denver VA Medical Center for 18 years, where I learned and practiced CBT, CPT, PE, and MI.

Natasha L. Elliott, LCSW Natasha L. Elliott is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Colorado who has been practicing since 2018. She has a Master's Degree in K-12 Education from Northern Arizona University, a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Denver. Natasha takes a person-centered therapeutic approach in meeting individuals where they are at; as individuals we are not boxes and therefore should not be treated as such. She has worked with a diverse population of individuals from young adults to older adults with a variety of backgrounds.

I specialize in working with queer, trans, and non-binary folks, with a focus on sexuality/asexuality, gender, neurodivergence, consensual non-monogamy, and trauma. My clients are often exploring emergent identities, unpacking relational patterns, learning to unmask, and seeking a greater sense of belonging. Our work together will likely be less focused on coping skills or quick solutions, but instead involve deep reflection, processing, and relationship building.

Alex Kisor is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, who has been practicing since 2018. He graduated from University of Denver with a Masters in Social Work. Alex believes that integrity and autonomy of his clients are important. He'll treat you with respect and will tailor treatment to meet your needs. His main areas of focus include depression, anxiety, and trauma. In his spare time, Alex enjoys hiking, rock climbing, exercising, music, and spending time with his wife and their two dogs.

Shannon works with ages 18-64. Shannon's genuine and empathetic presence creates a warm and collaborative environment in which you'll feel comfortable, validated, empowered, and supported. She'll partner with you in your journey to find hope, positivity, and growth. Shannon's clients can expect to gain insight into their concerns, plus practical skills and knowledge that will help them understand and manage their mental health. They can learn to manage or overcome a variety of issues, such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship issues, communication issues, sex and intimacy issues, and life transition issues.

When something in your life isn't working, when everything that usually keeps you going isn't enough, therapy can help . . . but it's hard to get help when you're worried about stigma. I'm deeply familiar with LGBTQ+ communities including the ace/aro spectrum, geek/fandom/gamer culture, alternative lifestyles and relationship styles like BDSM and consensual non-monogamy, as well as alternative spiritualities such as Paganism. Many of my clients are transgender, autistic-identified, and/or in the tech industry, though I work with a variety of backgrounds.
