(Accepting new clients as of 05/20/2024) There are many reasons why someone would seek therapy each of which is valid. The path to staying well emotionally can be different for everyone as meeting the demand of life’s challenges is an arduous process. Whether you are managing a lifelong struggle or are expressing stress related to current issues, the path forward can be navigated. I provide a collaborative approach working with both individuals and families utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques to help guide them on the path towards their goals.
I firmly believe that there is no one set approach in therapy, and finding the style to suit the person is an integral piece in supporting change. I aim to provide a culturally sensitive experience and work to accommodate approaches to match the lifestyle of the individual that will support them as they transition into therapy moving forward.
I understand that seeking support can be difficult. I have been an advocate for the betterment of emotional health for over a decade and understand the challenges that come with taking the first step. My goal is to make this a comfortable process as we work to identify and treat the needs that will provide you with a fulfilling life.
