Owning your story and loving yourself through the process is the bravest thing you'll ever do. Growth work involves creating new, consciously chosen habits, patterns, and beliefs to help you achieve meaningful goals, whereas healing work addresses and resolves past wounds and emotional pain. One can reinforce the other, and to evolve toward our full potential, we all need both at varying times. As your guide, my role will be to invite insight and awareness to enable you to get to the root of underlying beliefs and reflect on how these views have influenced and impacted your relationship with yourself and others.

Providing a compassionate perspective, validation, and empathy enables you to be vulnerable while facing life's challenges. My intentions are to be a safe place to land.
Our experiences shape how we show up in the world. Healing takes courage, compassion, and connection. Supporting people in processing their experiences, breaking generational patterns, and challenging negative core beliefs is vital to the change process.
