I am looking for a few highly motivated clients, with flexibility in their schedule, to add to my waitlist. Please contact me via email to see if we're a good fit. Ideally, you are motivated to make changes because you want to see a difference in your life and behaviors. Aside from treating common anxiety and depression symptoms, I have over a decade of experience working with eating disorders and trauma. I also have more recent experience working with ADHD symptoms. I am an LGBTQ accomplice and have experience supporting clients in various stages of their queer journey.
I provide value-based therapy with Solution Focused and DBT interventions. I use attachment theory to help develop an understanding of how you function in relationship to others, considering the ways you learned to love and be loved. Additionally, I often use Cognitive Processing Therapy to treat trauma. With couples, I often use Gottman-based interventions.
My underlying belief about life is that change is always happening, and even though it can be incredibly challenging at times, change is good.
