Everyone experiences various challenges they encounter throughout their life. My goal is to help individuals overcome these obstacles and challenges through providing a safe environment where clients can feel safe to express their feelings, emotions, and process through challenging life events. I strive to provide my clients with a therapeutic bonding relationship where they can feel safe to express their feelings. I love to help people recognize their self-worth, goals, and potential in life.

I provide a strength-based approach utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused brief therapy, mindfulness training, and psychodynamic therapy. I love seeing change in my clients as they work through the healing process.

I provide a safe place where individuals can express their feelings, emotions, and work through life challenges. I love seeing individuals make progress toward their goals and begin to experience freedom as they learn new strategies to cope with the stressors of life.
