Brief reflection will be spent looking at the past to discover what has shaped our world and self-views. Once we understand the guiding assumptions, we move forward to the present to help direct the future. Whether you need individual counseling, assistance with parenting, or moving forward in your career, we work to create the best action plan. All sessions are structured, planned, and tailored to your goals.
I assist clients with understanding the core reasons for their emotions which often effect our decisions, relationships, and reasons we are stagnate. Therapy uncovers your true desires and gives you the tools to make those desires a reality.
We cannot do what we don't understand. Therefore, sessions are nonjudgmental, and it is believed each client is operating at their best. Together, we work to uncover "how did I get here?" and move to "here's where I want to be." You are more than capable of getting where you want. My goal is to help you discover all of who you are.
