My specialties include families, teens ages 14-17, and adults (18+) with anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, or challenges related to medical diagnoses. Whether you're a couple or an adult experiencing difficulty in relationships, conflict, or navigating life transitions, or a teen experiencing difficulties in your relationships, anxiety or depression, or struggling to leap to independence, I'd love to provide you with tools for your journey.
Whether you are new to therapy or returning after a layoff, I am empathetic, non-judgmental, and authentic in my approach. I have supported many through life transitions, gaining clarity and focus, minimizing stress and anxiety, and moving forward through life's challenges.
