Are overthinking and overwhelm interfering with your work, relationships, and daily life? Reach out to me. I have over a decade of experience specializing in anxiety, early trauma, and adult ADHD. I also treat people who are out of and recovering from the impact of emotional abuse and/or infidelity in a past relationship. You can find new ways to shift out of exhausting old patterns as we go beyond talk therapy and skills training. We'll focus on the early issues underlying your symptoms, so you can respond to life's challenges by choice and live from your authentic self.

I also provide therapy to therapists with anxiety, early trauma, or ADHD (as well as recovery from emotional abuse and/or infidelity in a past relationship). Unwind in a space devoted to you. Unload what you’ve been carrying, and up your self-care. I have a PsyPact inter-state license, so you can seek therapy outside your professional circle.

NOTE: I do NOT specialize in primary depression, suicidal thoughts, self-harm, bipolar disorder, chronic health conditions, current abuse, eating disorders, or addictions, BUT other clinicians do.
