Everyone has a Sense of Spirit. Creative Spirit Counseling provides an innovative approach to talk therapy, blending cognitive behavioral therapy with Spirituality & Expressive Arts Therapy. These methods are useful for an array of presenting emotional struggles, healing perfectionism, past traumas, anxiety, depression and relationship issues. Some sessions will be just talk therapy, while other sessions I will invite to you into guided meditation, movement, art making, and writing to express and process your thoughts and emotions.
Particitpating in dialogues about spiritual dimensions of life, clarifying your unique Sense of Spirit, and gently exploring alternative techniques will help you make meaning out of your current circumstance, and empower you to live a more fully authentic life.
