I have experience across a broad spectrum of topics and specialize in treating eating disorders, substance use, anxiety, depression, and mood disorders.
My practice draws on the evidence-based approaches of Psychodynamic Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness. I partner with my clients to foster their ability to live a healthy and comfortable life, in a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental environment.
