I specialize in working with individual, families, and couples dealing with depression, anxiety, stress, grief/loss, relationship issues, family challenges, traumatic experiences, purpose seeking, mindfulness, boundary setting, spiritual renewal, self-care, burnout, chronic illness coping, alcohol/substance addictions, life transitions and career coaching.
With a decade long experience working as a registered nurse along with my education/ training as a mental health practitioner.
