Our retreats encompass a body - soul - spirit approach integrating elements of nutrition, physical fitness, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, Christian spirituality, and more to address whole person wellness. We engage a small group of women in community experiences, group therapy, and adventure for a transformational experience of deep healing.
