I am certified as a yoga and meditation instructor, and incorporate the benefits of these practices in my work.
Psyche in Greek translates as Soul, and so each client is approached with an attitude of soul tending. The focus is on discerning and mirroring the needs, struggles and intentions of the psyche's movement towards growth and wholeness.

Yoga Nidra Meditation
Yoga Nidre is a body centered mindfulness practice which offers deep relaxation, and is also a meditation path. The opportunity for self inquiry, releasing certain patterns or habits of mind, and spiritual development is present. Many health benefits occur in the mind and body with this practice. Offered along with a Body Sensing Yoga practice every other Saturday morning, cost $15 a class.

yoga class
Yoga for stress management, meets weekly and is appropriate for beginner to intermediate. Small class, welcoming environment, accessible to those who are just beginning. A Wednesday evening class, 5:30-6:30. Cost $10 per class. Class is held at Divinity Lutheran Church, 1220 Providence Road.
