I hold a certification in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and also apply Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to treat conditions such as depression and eating disorders, as well as providing generalized anxiety and/or stress management and relationship exploration to individuals of all ages. I believe that individuals deserve to be in the drivers seat in their healthcare choices, and can offer a variety of evidence-based approaches to help you meet your goals.
With clinical specializations like anxiety management, eating disorder treatment, stress management and relationship issues, I am passionate about working with individuals of all ages in their journey to actualize their dreams and am able to offer specialized treatment for a variety of concerns.
