I specialize in working with children, adolescents, young adults struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, stress, grief, emotional regulation, self-esteem, body image, social skills, life transitions/changes, negative thinking, relationships, among other symptoms, issues and mental health disorders that can present in life. I will provide your child with a safe and supportive environment where they can safely ventilate and process their thoughts and feelings while developing healthy coping skills and strategies to manage and decrease symptoms and improve behavioral and psychosocial functioning. I am trained and experienced practicing multiple therapeutic approaches. Each session is geared toward and centered around your individual mental health needs. We will set goals to build upon your strengths and abilities, while developing a healthy sense of self, a growth mindset, and practice of a healthy coping skillset for a happier, healthier you.
