I have experience working with people struggling with disordered eating and body image concerns; I can help you process through the shame and guilt that so often stands in the way of reclaiming your relationship with your body.
I approach my clients with empathy, curiosity, and compassion. I want to get to know you as a whole person, not just to diagnose you. I pull from trauma informed narrative therapy and compassion focused therapy approaches, as well as body trust and intuitive eating principles.
