Whatever the issue that brings someone to therapy, we all need support, guidance, and healing in a safe nurturing environment. I offer a compassionate individualized approach to therapy and healing. I believe that a therapist's role is to help others to tap into the wisdom and healing that resides within.
I offer clinical interventions to facilitate healing including cognitive behavior therapy, trauma informed therapy and psychodynamic therapy, to name a few. I am culturally competent and provide clinically targeted interventions that help my clients to cope with and overcome mental health symptoms which are often complicated by various life problems.
