My clinical specialties include anxiety, adjustment/life transitions, crisis care, depression, emotional regulation, familial challenges, grief and loss, guilt and shame, recovery from abuse or neglect, recovery from substance abuse, relationship challenges, self-esteem development, sexual concerns, and trauma-related issues.
Some people prefer to be seen alone; others like to bring those close to them into their session(s) for support or to work through interpersonal challenges together.
