I help women and men that have experienced trauma from their childhood learn how to love themselves again and get rid of the constant feeling of guilt and blame so that they can feel better and be happy.
What would it be life if you were no longer in pain? What would it feel like if the trauma that's weighing you down no longer affected you? I can help you learn how to identify and understand your emotions and thoughts about the trauma in a safe environment at your own pace. I offer therapy for trauma and the mental illnesses that arise because of it.
