I bring a very empathic, non judgmental approach utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to change unwanted patterns of behavior.
My goal is to empower you to take the initiative in making changes to the long-standing patterns of behavior that are no longer effective. I have experience related to depression, anxiety, self esteem, trauma, domestic violence, relationships and many other mental health areas.
