I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and have held leadership positions across all levels of care in eating disorder treatment. I will utilize multiple evidence based practices to support you, but tend to gravitate most to a DBT approach. I believe laughter is some of the best medicine, and tend to use a lot of humor with my clients.
