"Books are mirrors: You only see in them what you already have inside you." This quote from THE SHADOW OF THE WIND sums up Bibliotherapy With Janice in one sentence! Everyone reads stories differently. I utilize novels and group interaction so my clients can see the world from different viewpoints and make the changes they need. Book Cycles are 6 weeks. First week is an individual in-person orientation. Second week meet with Janice individually on-line or phone for 30 minutes to check in. The next four weeks are with Janice and the group once a week for one hour and 30 minutes.
