I find that my clients come in and want some tools to get out of their rut and find relief from their difficult life issues.
I work hard to establish a strong bond of trust and friendship to provide a good therapeutic relationship. I specialize in adoption, sexual abuse, depression, anxiety and relationship issues. I work with you to identify the problems and then address them. Together we work on identifying lies, shame, and anything else that might be hindering mental wellness.
