I focus on working with children, teens, and families to create lasting and meaningful change. I am passionate about understanding every family's unique needs, and helping children and parents identify their strengths both individually and as a unit. I support clients in working through problems both at home and at school, and it is my goal to empower clients to become the best version of themselves through a balance of acceptance and change. Together we can explore specific areas of concern, and learn tools that can be applied in a way that makes sense in your life.
My approach is strength-based and solution-focused, and uses techniques based in CBT, DBT, and ACT. My primary goal is to build a genuine relationship with clients in which they feel supported and cared for. I strongly believe in meeting clients and families where they are at and helping them identify their own strengths and values.
