Are you seeking guidance, honest feedback, effective tools, and nurturing support as you tackle life's challenges and the emotional and mental toll it sometimes takes? We all need this support during challenging personal growth, life transitions, and times of loss. Emotional wounds and traumas from the past surface to be healed and can create anxiety and depression. My holistic approach emphasizes the mind/body and spirit connection. I combine my experience as a psychotherapist, energy worker, and spiritual seeker to assist those looking to live more authentically.
I work with individuals ready to begin or continue their emotional healing and spiritual growth process. I approach my work with compassion and the ability to be a nurturing and strong witness to this process. Once clients gain awareness of their patterns and defenses, I help clients apply this awareness to their lives.
