My name is Jen, and I help people work through the tough parts of life: difficult transitions, grief, anxiety, depression, and family-related stressors. If you're feeling alone and disconnected, I'll be here to give you the support you need while also helping you build outside supports. I have experience working with caregivers, foster parents, and those with renal-related health concerns. I know that all of these situations can be really challenging; let’s work to overcome that.
Therapy can give you the tools you need to work through the obstacles that many of us encounter in life. I am here to assist you in gaining a better sense of self-awareness and sense of purpose. I believe there is a strong mind-body connection and therefore focus on working on both your mental and physical health.
