When starting my Private Practice years ago, I felt it was very important to create a therapeutic space where my Clients would feel comfortable, listened to and understood. A place where they could be themselves, speak openly and honestly and gain insight and perspective. My approach has always been genuine and straight forward, with a strong touch of honesty, encouragement and optimism. Relationships, family life and parenting can be so stressful and feel very overwhelming at times. I look forward to talking with you to determine how I can best help and support you and your family.

My passion is working with Couples experiencing communication difficulties, life/work discord, lack of intimacy concerns, differences in parenting styles, unhappiness in the relationship. I also enjoy working with families navigating divorce, custody/visitation matters and working with step/blended families. Lastly, I enjoy working with children ages 4-10.
