I am a licensed professional counselor looking to work with people who are wanting to make lasting changes for themselves, to better their relationships, enjoy life and make an overall life worth living. I work with you to meet your needs/goals by utilizing various evidence-based techniques such as DBT, ACT, and EMDR.

No one should face tough situations and life decisions alone, and this is where having a therapist is beneficial. By providing a safe, non-judgmental setting, you will be able to challenge yourself and make positive change.

My availability is limited to morning/early afternoon appointments. Please email me to set up your appointment. If you are interested in approaching treatment through integrative techniques, this is also available as I am a Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional. Clinical supervision is also available, the rate is $150.

DBT 6 month skills training

My groups run for 6 months utilizing the DBT Skills 2nd Edition Manual by Marsha Linehan. Please email me at [email protected] to reserve a spot and for any additional information. Group is limited to 6 participants. Sessions are $50 each and insurance is not accepted for group services. The group will meet on Wednesdays from 11am-1230pm. This group meets in person. The next group will start in January 2024.
